Mixing your own peptide? Enter the vial size, how much bacteriostatic water you added, your dose, and your syringe size. We'll tell you exactly which line to draw to.
Always double-check with your prescriber before drawing a dose.
How much is in your system
An estimate of how much medication is still active in your body, based on your shots and the half-life you set in Settings (Tirzepatide is about 5 days). The line shows your active level rising after each shot and slowly fading. This is for understanding your cycle only, not a clinical measurement.
Patterns
Patterns appear here as you log more data — usually after 4-8 shots.

Appetite trend
Each bar is one day. Lower = more suppressed (medication working). Empty = not logged.
Food noise trend
Each bar is one day. Lower = quieter (mental food chatter is calmer). Empty = not logged.

🌸 No cycle entries yet. Tap + Log period to add one.
Mood trend
Each bar is one day. Taller = better. A dot underneath means you wrote a note that day. Tap any bar to fill in or change that day.

Picking a preset suggests sensible defaults; you can still override any field below.
Medication history
If you switch medications (e.g. Ozempic → Mounjaro), log the change here so your charts stay readable across the transition. Each entry snapshots the drug + half-life + cadence at that moment.
Mixing calculator Optional
Only useful if you reconstitute your own peptide from a vial. If you use a pre-filled pen, leave this off and the card stays off your home screen.
Menstrual cycle tracking Optional
GLP-1 medications can affect cycle length, flow, and symptoms. Tracking is fully opt-in — local-first like everything else, end-to-end encrypted if you sync. Toggling off later preserves your existing entries; they re-appear if you turn it back on. To erase cycle data permanently, use "Delete all cycle entries" below.
When enabled, a "Cycle" card appears on the Insights tab where you can log period start, end, flow, and symptoms.
Weight goals
Changes how weights are shown everywhere — your chart, goals, and milestones. Entries you've already logged are converted, not rewritten.
When on, the home screen reframes your goal bar as a stability indicator and plateau alerts read as "holding steady" rather than "needs to be solved." Use after you've hit your target.

All "today", streaks, charts, and reminder times use this timezone. Set it to where you live so travel and DST don't break your data.

Best results: install My GLP Shot to your home screen first. On Android Chrome, scheduled reminders fire even when the app is closed. On iOS 16.4+, install to Home Screen and enable notifications when prompted.
Restore from legacy sync
For the old username-and-passphrase sync, retired in favour of accounts.
It is read-only now: bring your old data across, then use an
account for backup. Everything is still decrypted on this device — we never
had the key.
Your old entries are merged in — nothing already on this device is removed.

Backup
Your data is stored only on this device. Export regularly. The backup file holds everything — shots, weight, mood, appetite, food noise, notes, symptoms, cycles, supplies, measurements, labs and spending — and importing it merges without deleting anything. Installing as a PWA dramatically reduces the chance of losing data on a browser clear.
Switching from another tracker? In your old app, look for an Export Data option (CSV). Then tap "Import" above and select the file. Shots, weight, sites, doses, and notes will transfer.
🔓 Open source
The complete app — backend, frontend, encryption — is on GitHub. Audit the code yourself or fork it.
Add My GLP Shot to your home screen for one-tap access and reliable reminders.
Troubleshooting
Loading version…
Clears the offline cache and reloads the app fresh. Use if something looks stale.
Danger zone
Deleting your account permanently removes your encrypted cloud copy, share links, and any active subscription. Local data on each device stays unless you also tap "Erase all data" above.

A note on what this app is
My GLP Shot is a personal tracking and logging tool. It records what you tell it and shows you patterns in your own data. It is not medical advice, and it does not diagnose anything or recommend a dose. Nothing here is a substitute for your prescriber — talk to them before changing a dose, a schedule, or a medication, and contact them or emergency services about any symptom that worries you.
